I am committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, please call to discuss your issue and let me help create a favorable solution. Returns must be made within 10 days of shipment.

Handweaving is produced by real people using their eyes, hands, mind and heart! There may be imperfections in the woven piece as I will never be as perfect as a machine. Imperfections are characteristics of handwoven articles. I will not knowingly sell a piece of material that is unstable or damaged. If I think the piece is compromised in it's ability to withstand normal use I will accept it back as a return.

If you wish to return your purchase or exchange your scarf for a different color, I offer a no-questions-asked exchange/refund policy.

Please call to notify me if you wish to exchange/return your purchase. Refunds are by credit card refund, check or product exchange, providing the item is still in new condition and the exchange/return request is within 10 days of the original order ship date. To mail item back, you will assume shipping charges to mail the item back to Village Weaver. Your refund will promptly be applied or item will be promptly shipped at my expense.
